Registration Cancellation Policy
All pre-registrations must be completed on or before Friday, October 5. On-site registrations are subject to a surcharge.
Refunds, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before Friday, September 28. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by AWS. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AWS is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.
AWS registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution (with the exception of AWS Foundation Award Dinner Table purchases), but may be deductible as a business expense Consult your tax adviser.
Registration and attendance at or participation in the AWS Annual Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AWS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.
By registering for this event, I agree that AWS, its employees and agents have the right to photograph, videotape and record me at this event and use my photographed, videotape and/or recorded name, likeness, voice, and statements to promote AWS, including without limitation, a derivative use, without compensation to me, at the sole discretion of AWS and I release AWS, its agents, affiliates, and licensees from all liability connected to their use of my name, likeness, voice or statements including, without limitation, any right of privacy or publicity claims.
