Boniface, MD FACS (Orthopedic Surgery) practice in his hometown where they have also raised their two sons.

Dr. Gantt’s personal leadership and mentoring skills have been honed as she has been led and mentored by some of the amazing women surgeons preceding her on the AWS Council. The friendship and camaraderie she has found in the AWS have inspired her to be the very best friend and mentor that she can be to those that follow behind her. She will continue to advocate for women in both surgery and positions of leadership long after her clinical career ends.
