Awards Dinner Table Sponsors

 

Show Your Support for Women Surgeons at the AWSF Awards Dinner

The AWS Foundation Awards Dinner will take place on Monday, October 28 from 7:30-10:00pm at The Parc 55 Hotel in the Cyril Magnin Ballroom on Level Four.

Tickets are available for the following:
Full Table (10 guests) - $3,000
Half Table (5 guests) - $1,500
Individual or Guest Ticket - $150

 

Table sponsorship contributions will support the AWS Foundation mission and the AWS Conference. Table purchases, minus the cost of dinner, are tax deductible (full table: $1,500 | 1/2 table: $750). The only way to guarantee reserved seating is to purchase a table/half table. Individual ticket purchases are open seating, first-come, first served.

The names of your dinner guests must be submitted to the AWS Office no later than Friday, October 4, 2019 to Bree Angelo at bangelo@thesentergroup.com.

* Table purchases are tax deductible (minus the cost of dinner). The deduction amount for a full table is $1,500 and $750 for a half table.
